Returns

✨ Every Naked Roots product is Hand~Blessed with care. While we can’t accept returns on opened items, we’ll gladly replace or refund anything that arrives damaged or incorrect.

• For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

• Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and condition.

 

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.

• Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
